She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Koziolek and Agnes Koziolek (Klocek); her husband Lloyd Gavle; and her brothers, Marvin Koziolek and James Koziolek.
She is survived by: her son Gary Koziolek; and her sister Lorraine Wallace. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In leu of flowers the family is accepting donations to help cover end-of-life expenses.
