It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Vandersnick of Albert Lea, Minnesota, born in Garretson, South Dakota, who passed away on May 25, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matt Schreurs and Frances Schreurs (Kuhl); her husband Don Vandersnick; her son Paul; her parents-in-law, John and Sarah Vandersnick; her siblings, Bernadine Carlson, Lorraine Bunkers and Ralph Schreurs; and her sisters-in-law, Mariann Schreurs, Sandy Schreurs, Rita Vandersnick and Evelyn Lammert.
She is survived by: her son Terry; her grandchildren, Shelly of Albert Lea, Dave Lindely of Albert Lea, Jeanne of Albert Lea, Donn Day of Albert Lea, Amy of Albert Lea and Tony Stevens of Albert Lea; her daughter Nancy (Pat Bergen); her grandchildren, Sara Colby, Jeff Stevens of Albert Lea, Jill and Chris Dickrell of Otsego, MN; her daughter Ann (Glen Fuller); her grandchildren, Allison, Sam Olson of Glenville, MN and Cassie Fuller of Denver, CO.; her great grandchildren, Megan, Madi Lindely, Natalie Day, Carly Stevens, Allyssa Colby, Ashlyn, Taylor Dickrell, Quinn Olson, Caden Stevens, Brandon Colby and Malakai Olson; her siblings, Mary Schreurs and Bob Schreurs; her sister-in-law Wilma Schreurs; her friend Wade Quam; and her brothers-in-law, Art Carlson, Jim Bunkers, Nick Vandersnick and Walt Lammert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
