She was predeceased by: her siblings-in-law, Bill Barrus, Ted Harty, Gerald Harty and Rose Marie Harty; and her friend Dorothy Jordahl.
She is survived by: her spouse Richard Harty (Dick); her children, Dennis Harty (Janet) of New Prague, Christine Harty (Jim Clough) of Brainerd, Susan Knutson (Paul) of Mantorville and Mary Elizabeth Harty of Albert Lea; her grandchildren, Sarah Magnuson (Tim), John Harty (Sarah), Josh Gulbrandson, Anne Sternhagen (Derek), Kelly Gulbrandson (Zac Russell), Aaron Knutson (Heather), Casey Berge (David) and Riley Knutson (Hannah Elias); her great grandchildren, Finnegan Michael Harty, Drake Sternhagen, Ashton Sternhagen, Brooks Knutson, Tayla Knutson and Levi Berge; her siblings-in-law, Charles Harty (Mary), Viola Nelsen, Mary Rita Spellman (Richard), Joan Barrus and Gail Harty; and also Rectory. She is also survived by her parents; her six brothers.
