With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Stapleton (Albert Lea, Minnesota), who passed away on March 4, 2025 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Huff and Evelyn Huff (Nelson); her in-laws, Lloyd and Julia Stapleton; her sons-in-law, Dan Dahl and Todd Braget; and her sisters-in-law, Rita Stapleton and Dorothy Goodhart.
She is survived by: her husband William Stapleton; her children, Mark Stapleton (Barb), Ann Olson (Gordy), Loretta Hanegraaf (Joe Filan), Tim Stapleton (Mary), Paula Dahl (Dan Peterson) and Theresa Braget; her grandchildren, Jessica, Julia, Adam, Ashley, Samantha, Andrew, Matt, Daniel, Erin, Travis and Trevor; her sisters, Janie and Ellen; and her siblings-in-law, Joe Stapleton (Devra), Mike Stapleton (Rachel) and Dayl Stapleton. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Theodore Catholic Church (315 E Clark St, Albert Lea, MN 56007). A Mass will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at the St. Theodore Cemetery.
