Sullivan; his sisters, Pearl Dziuk and Sharon Wall; his siblings-in-law, Lee Wall and Coleen Sullivan; his granddaughter Josie Anderson; his wife Darlene Sullivan; his children, Sonda Swart (Terry), Teresa Anderson (Jerry), David Sullivan (Crystal), Thomas Sullivan (Amy), Vicky Knudson (Eric), Debra Westphal (John) and Cynthia Emerson (Chris Rorwick); his siblings, Jerry Sullivan, Kaye Kempel (Alden), Jody Hauge (Jim) and Pat Cole (Steve); his brother-in-law Larry Dziuk; his grandchildren, Mark Swart (Ashley), Angela Swart (Chad Robins), Jenna Monsen (Tom), Joshua, Benjamin Anderson, Claire, Aidan Sullivan, Brianna, Liam Sullivan, Connor, Lauren Knudson, Ethan, Jacqualyn Westphal, Jack, Grant Emerson and Cole Rorwick; and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Elliot Swart, Kenlee Swart, Orrin, Josephine and Michael Monsen.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial be made to St. Theodore's Elementary School.
