He is survived by: his wife Neva; his children, Valerie Pederson (Daryl Hanzal) of Edina, Julie Aikoriegie (Sunday) of St. Paul and Douglas Mathison (JoAnne) of Albert Lea; his grandchildren, Kalaria Orozco, Sloane Nilsen, Angelique Aikoriegie and Alex Aikoriegie; his great grandchild Ethan Hoeve; his nieces and nephews, Nancy Bowen (Jack), Sandy Goodrich (Kyle), Scott Sauer (Ellen), Rick Anderson (Lise) and David Anderson (Joyce); and his brothers-in-law, Eugene Sauer (Wilma) and Reginald Sauer.
