With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Johnsrud of Albert Lea, Minnesota, who passed away on June 22, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Edwin Johnsrud and Alice Hazel Johnsrud (Slattery); and his brothers, Everett and Howard. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Margaret Halvorson; his children, Eric (Kari) of Winona and Diane Twedell (Brad) of Albert Lea; and his grandchildren, Stefan, Erika and Alisa.
Due to the current COVID 19 circumstances, private family services will be held at this time.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to East Freeborn Lutheran Church Cemetery Fund or Mayo Clinic Health System Albert Lea – Hospice Program.
