He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Sr. Samora and Consuelo Samora (Perez); his brothers, Manuel Samora and Trinidad Quintero; and his nephews, Juan Irlas Jr., Francisco "Frankie" Irlas Sr., Michael Raymond and Fredrick Yancy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Janie Jaime (Alvin Hernandez), Guadalupe Irlas (Jose), Rosario Irlas, Martha Bronstad and Jose Samora (Angie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
