He is survived by: his wife Rita Swenson of Albert Lea, MN; his daughter Rosalind Swenson of Glenville, MN; his stepchildren, Michael McCarty (Melanie) of Stewartville, MN and Sarah McCarty of Arden Hills, MN; his grandchildren, Chelsea Schellenberg, Jeffrey Schellenberg, Jazzlyn Johnson, Sierra Johnson, Taylor Bakken, Austen Hover, Anna Hover and Emma Hover; his great grandchildren, Evie Bergstrom, Abbagail Schellenberg, Ilijah Schellenberg and Carter David Schellenberg; his brother Dennis Esplan (Laura) of Windom, MN; and his sister-in-law Patricia Swenson of Faribault, MN..
