David M. Silverthorn Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David M. Silverthorn of Albert Lea, Minnesota, born in Fairmont, Minnesota, who passed away on April 27, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl E. Silverthorn and June E. Silverthorn (Hill); his grandparents, John and Elsie Hill (Williams); his siblings, Gary Silverthorn, Mac Silverthorn, Jim Silverthorn and Barbara Jean Golliker; his father-in-law Gene Ostedgaard; and his granddaughter Addisyn Bolton.

He is survived by: his daughters, Cara Ellis (Mason) of Boone, IA and Erin Silverthorn of Boone, IA; his grandchildren, Dylan Bolton, Stella Bolton, Zackery Cole and Jocelyn Lewis; his siblings, Mark Silverthorn of McAlester, OK and Kathy Totzke (Tom); and his nephews, Sam Silverthorn, Joe Silverthorn and Tanner Looft. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
