He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Steele; and his brother Bruce Steele (Diane). He is survived by: his mother Carmen Steele (Allen); his sons, Derek Steele (Kim) and Jason Steele; his grandson Aiden Steele; and his brothers, Ronnie Steele (Mary) and Jim Steele (Mary). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
