He is survived by: his spouses, Nickolena Whelan and Nickie; his children, Jacob Garrison Jr., Kori Johnson and Rylee Johnson; his mother Jolene Johnson of Albert Lea; his siblings, Kelly Feuerhak (Michael) of Austin, MN and Scott Johnson (Heather) of Onalaska, WI; his grandmother Reedie Jacobs; his father-in-law Brian Whelan (Chandra); his sisters-in-law, Jamie Whelan (Jessica) of Albert Lea, Ryan Whelan of Albert Lea and Jenna Lowy of Albert Lea; his aunt Patricia Sorenson; his uncle John Jacobs (Carol); his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Trevor, Emily and Benjamin; and also Albert Lea.
