He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Sanborn and Alta Sanborn; his siblings, Carol (Sanborn) and Ricky Sanborn; his nephews, Rodney (Claire Stiles), Donald Stiles, John (Sandy Stiles) and Dale (Carrie Stiles); and his niece Nicole (Sanborn). He was also cherished by many cousins, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Salem Lutheran Church or Nancy's Café in downtown Albert Lea.
