He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Kwapick and Helen Kwapick (Zimslonie). He is survived by: his wife Marilou Villacorta; his daughters, Tammy Vanwilgen and Kimberly Kwapick; his grandchildren, Amanda Lee Westcott, Cassandra Lou Westcott and Colton Westcott; and his brothers, Timothy Kwapick and Dennis Kwapick (Kathy). He is also survived by friends and relatives.
