Clara Satre Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clara Satre (Albert Lea, Minnesota), who passed away on February 8, 2019 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Clara Satre to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nels Nesje and Christina Nesje (Simonson); her husbands, Roy Knudtson and Iray Satre; her daughter Nancy Bixby; her son-in-law David Bixby; her granddaughter Anna Bixby; her stepson Kenny Satre; and her siblings, Nordahl, Benny, James, Nels, Elvin, Selmer and Martha Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Nadine Haukoos (Paul) of St. Peter, MN, Evonne Baluski (Fred) of Ruso, ND and Rory Knudtson of Swea City, IA; her stepchildren, Linda Engebretson of Bricelyn, MN, David Satre (Colleen) of Bricelyn, MN and Mona Satre of Albert Lea; and her sisters-in-law, Margaret Nesje and Delores "Honey" Nesje. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren, many step grand and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Mayo Clinic Health System Hospice - Mankato.
