He is survived by: his children, Shawn VanHal (Dean) of Ellendale, Randy Jenson (Carole) of Rochester, Jonelle Ignaszewski of Albert Lea and Kristin Saari of Rochester; his sisters, Phyllis (Dick Tavis JoAnn) of Albert Lea, Lorraine (William Malepsy) of Albert Lea, Elaine of Albert Lea, Loren Porter of Albert Lea and Sharon (Geoffrey Hobin) of Gladwin; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Bahl and Doreen Peterson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
