She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Johnson and Doris Johnson (Ausen); her husband Ronnie Venem; her parents-in-law, Chris and Arlida Venem; and her close friend Molly.
She is survived by: her siblings, Terry, Randi Johnson, Kristi Vandergrift (Brian) and Brenda Brooks (Al "Minnow"); her stepchildren, Mark Venem (Sara), Todd Venem (Julie) and Beth Jacobs (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Julie (Nathan), Kari (Mark), Heather (Lucas), Meggin (Dane), Ryan (BreAnn), Madalyn and Camille; her nieces and nephews, Andrea Lyman (Scott), Darrick Johnson, Kyle Johnson, Al Brooks III, Tami Schaefer (Brandon) and Matthew Brooks; and her aunt Madalen Ormsby.
Viewing was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ascension Lutheran Church (1101 US-69, Albert Lea, MN 56007). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at the Hillcrest Cemetery (17544 US-65, Albert Lea, MN 56007).
