We bid farewell to Carmen Radke of Albert Lea, Minnesota, born in Winnebago, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 19, 2024 at the age of 83. Carmen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Burns and Harold Burns; her daughter Julie; her sister Wanda (Glenn); her in-laws, Tom, Pam Radke, Linda Radke and Pat Radke; her stepgrandson Makaio; and her parents-in-law, Ed and Marcella Radke.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce Frederick (Joyce); her stepchildren, Matthew and Amy; her grandchildren, Adam Frederick (Amanda), Jill Miller (Adam) and Krista Frederick; her stepgranddaughter Ali; her siblings-in-law, Ron Radke, Jim Radke, Joan Cutajar (Mike), Carmen and Elaine Dornquast; her great grandchildren, Adi Frederick, Grace and Aaron Miller; and her niece Gaile Holstad.
