With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bryan Willmert of Albert Lea, Minnesota, born in Blue Earth, Minnesota, who passed away on December 22, 2020 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bryan Willmert to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orthwin Willmert and Dorothy Willmert (Hestermann); and his siblings, Richard, John and Justine.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Bierstedt; his children, Cynthia Kurtz (Jeff), Suzanne Moffitt (Plymouth), Carolyn Fishbeck (Dan) and Craig Willmert (Lynn); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Justin, Meagan (DJ), Grace, Ellen, Emily, Nicholas, Molly and Jack; his great grandchildren, Michael, Evan and Milo; his brother Orlo Willmert (Jean); and his sister-in-law Barb Willmert of Albert Lea. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be given to Zion Lutheran Church - 924 Bridge Avenue, Albert Lea, MN 56007.
