She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Matson and Victoria Matson (Strozzabaseo); her husband Mervin E. Schuhmacher; her daughter-in-law LaVonne Schuhmacher (Updike); her brothers, Vernon Matson, Curt Matson, Gene Matson and LaVern; and her sister-in-law Junice Schuhmacher.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Schuhmacher (Linda Remsburg) of Gwinn, MI and Sheri Moyer (Michael); her grandchildren, Brian Schuhmacher (Regan), Elaine Schuhmacher (Jacob Douglas), Nicholas Moyer and Jordan Moyer; and her great grandchild Lillian Schuhmacher.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to the Freeborn County Humane Society and Freeborn County Museum.
