She was predeceased by: her parents, John Howdahl and Gertrude Howdahl (Witt). She is survived by: her husband Darrell; her children, Kim Ellertson (Uwe Staerk), Scott Ellertson (Jody) and Diane Knopik (Brad Copeland); her grandchildren, Jocelynn, Brandon, Trevor, Cory, Ashley, Alex, Lacey, Shaina and Kate; her brothers, George and Jack; her in-laws, Ken, Cindy Lamping, Dennis and Marsha Ellertson; her pets, Smokey and Cinnamon; her grandson Derek Abrego; her son-in-law Jarod Knopik; and her siblings, Harold, Carl, Earl and Gladys. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
