He was predeceased by: his parents, Jens Falksen and Sena Falksen (Rasmussen); his wife Ruth Falksen (Petersen); and his brother Elmer. He is survived by: his children, David (Marilyn) of Arlington, VA, Bruce (Lois) of Waupun, WI, Jerome (Irene) of St. Paul, MN, Rita Kaye Riskedahl (Reed) of Marshalltown, IA, Eleanor Koester (Rod) of Mason City, IA and Elizabeth Brockhoff (Merle) of Kansas City, MO.; his foster sister Eleanor Schou (Nielsen) of Albert Lea, MN.; and his siblings-in-law, Edwin Petersen, Lettie Anderson and Erna Berthelsen. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
