We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2024, at the age of 86, Allan Stoa (Albert Lea, Minnesota), born in Austin, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Stoa and Alberta Stoa (Brighton); and his siblings, Marilyn Stoa, Joel Stoa (Judy) and Dennis Stoa.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Kirsten Meyer (Russ), Kari Balk (Randy), Maren Bartlett (Mike), Kirk Stoa (Kari) and Leif Stoa (Lisen); his grandchildren, Nicole Knudson (Kevin), Natalie Plagge (Luke), Emily Nelson (Erik), Jordan Balk (Hailey), Josie Burg (Jake), Anna Smallwood (Dylan), Zachary, Hannah, Josiah Bartlett, Taylor Barclay (Joel), Nick Stoa (Kayla), Jana Petersen (Jackson), Joshua Stoa (Menah), Emma, Andrew and Aaron Stoa; his great grandchildren, Lane, Ella, Reese, Riley, Kinzley, Kase, Karlie, Nora, Judah, Nolan, Quinn, Ryker, Brecken, Kale, Stella, Oletta, Beau, Landon, Kenley and Remi; and his siblings-in-law, Jane Peck (Mike Jensen), Marilyn Ireland, Aroon Stoa and Rick Skinner (Carole). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
