She was predeceased by: her parents, Knut Hamre and Cora Hamre of Decorah Iowa; and her sister Corrine (Marcus Arneson) of Wayzata Minnesota. She is survived by: her daughter Sylvia Corrine Hawthorne (John) of Bemidji, MN; her grandchildren, Mihai Hawthorne and Gabriela Halle; her great grandchildren, Mariah, Emma, Helena, Brooklyn, Bronson, Sylus and Kensley; her sister Lilly Womeldorf; her former husband Marcus Arneson; and her husband Marc. She is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
Bemidji, Minnesota – Alice Louise (Hamre) Arneson, age 90, (September 29, 1929 – November 15, 2019) lost her battle with Alzheimer's disease and went to be with the Lord on Friday November 15, 2019, at her daughter's home.
