He was predeceased by: his parents, James Vonasek and Louise Vonasek (Potucek); his wife Maxine Valley; his siblings, Ed, John, Bill, Lawrence Vonasek, Ann Strauss-Gerdes, Angela Useldinger and Frances Chandler; his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Vonasek, Darlene Vonasek, Bill Strauss, Marvin Chandler and Bob Useldinger; and his son-in-law Perry W. Ford.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathleen Ford of Minneapolis, MN; his grandchildren, Nicole Davis (Guy) and Dr Matt Ford (Sara); his children, Marcus Imes (Pricilla), Luke Imes, Jordan Engel (Ashley) and Brittney Punt (Matt); his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Boaz, Cooper and Rex; and his brother Delbert Vonasek (Alvina). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
