He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Kalla and Rebecca Kalla (Emmel); his brothers, Delmer and Dale; and his son-in-law Tom Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Enid; his children, Lori Luke (Bob), Annie Johnson, Larry (Carolyn) and Les (Nancy); and his siblings, Jerry (MaryAnn), Donnie (Marlene), Joan Anastasi, Ronnie (Cheri) and Janice Koglin (Howard). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
