He was predeceased by: his father Allen Stocker; and his grandparents, Edwin, Bernadette Stocker, Joseph and Dolores Toeben.
He is survived by: his mother Marlys Stocker (Toeben) of Albany; his wife Elise Linn; his son Aaron of Albany; his sisters, Erin Stocker and Emily Grimm (Ben); his nieces and nephews, Eryka, Ethyn Jansen, Haylee, Hayden, Abigail and Eleanor Grimm; his uncles, Leon Welsh, Dennis Toeben and Robert Mace; his aunt Michelle Toeben; and his cousin Justin Bakeberg. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Joel Birr Memorial Foundation are preferred.
