Elizabeth Sand Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2021, at the age of 92, Elizabeth Sand of Albany, Minnesota, born in West Union, Minnesota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elizabeth Sand to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kraemer and Frances Kraemer (Deters); her husband Ervin Sand; her daughters, Mary Kay Sand, Diane Sand and Joyce Winter; her son-in-law Bert Winter; her siblings, Frank Kraemer, John Kraemer, Vivian Marthaler, Mary Jane Kane, Jerry Kraemer and Ray Kraemer; and her grandson Joey Sand.

She is survived by: her children, James Sand (Jean) of Avon, Dennis Sand (Joan) of Albany, Judy Dingmann (Eldred) of Monticello, Dale Sand (Mary) of Cold Spring, Leo Sand of Avon, Tom Sand (Ginger) of Rochester and Brian Sand (Sherri) of Albany; and her daughter-in-law Karen Sand of St. Joseph. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Mother of Mercy Nursing Home Foundation in Albany.
