It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Remedios Garcia Tauber of Akeley, Minnesota, who passed away on May 25, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Tauber; her parents, Zoilo Plantar and Pascuala Plantar; and her siblings, Pedro, Lucricio, Salvador and Mauricio Plantar.
She is survived by: her siblings, Guillerma (Guirlie) and Gregorio (Wesing); her daughters, Marita Baker (Todd), Leighsa Peterson, Jennifer Maupin (David) and Shellie Hunsperger (Mike); her grandchildren, Thea, Bodie, Maya, Paul, Cole, Aleighcia, Skye, Daniel and Cameron; and her great grandchildren, Jon, Zeke, Zaire, Taylor and Jacoby. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
