He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Caroline; his brothers, Robert and Jerome; his wife Lavonne; and his children, Lynne and Daniel.
He is survived by: his sister Carol Mulcahey of Janesville; his children, Greg Herdina (Kim), Eagan, Joyce Meverden and Akeley; his grandchildren, Shawn Herdina, Nikki Sainio (Ryan), Sebrina Deal (Chris), Cody Nelson (Leila) and Curtis Cloutier; his cousin Charles Herdina (Betty) of Blooming Prairie, MN; and his grandfather Don. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
