With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Christine Cecille Olson of Akeley, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 8, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Veronica "Swede" Martin and Leland Busse. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Alexis and Taylon; her in-laws, Raymond Olson (Hazel) and Helen Olson; her son Lucas Olson; her siblings, William Busse (Marcella), Myron Busse, Lois Steckley (Eddy), Marjorie Pederson (Edmond), Patricia Spaeth and Janice Smith; her children, Joshua Olson (Andrea), Travis Olson (Amy) and Katie Olson; her grandson Tanner Olson; her pets, Jinger, Jorja, Diesel, Remi and Ellie; the father of her children Jeffrey Olson; her siblings, James Busse (Diane) and Sue Buche (Richard); and her sister-in-law LuWana Russell. She is also survived by several nephews & nieces as well as many great nephews & great nieces.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at 400 US-59, Mahnomen, MN 56557.
