He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy O'Donnell and Alvina "Anna" O'Donnell; and his sister Virginia Browning. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Jim O'Donnell (Deb), Ann Nelson (Scott) and Dave O'Donnell (Cindy); and his brothers, Fran O'Donnell and Tom O'Donnell (Nancy). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great-granddaughters and loving nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Parkinson's Foundation.
