He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Dzubay and Mildred Dzubay (Anderson). He is survived by: his children, Michael Dzubay (Robin), Plymouth, Steve Dzubay (Kristi), Tim Dzubay of Kansas City, MO, Katie Thoma (Jon) and Sasha Dzubay of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Kassy, D. J. and Denny; and his sister Ann Heinrich of Danbury, WI.

For them, servitude was demonstrated not only through financial donations but through working with those who would otherwise go unserved.
