He is survived by: his wife Debra; his stepchildren, Matthew, Nicholas, Amanda and Clayton; and his brothers, Mark (Sandra) and Alan (Kathy). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, nieces and nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Shepherd of the Valley Church.
