Francis was predeceased by: brothers, Joseph and Thomas (Sharon); and grandson Gregory. Francis is survived by: wife Maureen; sons, Jerome, Robert (Stacey Cunningham), William and Gregory; and brother James (Bonnie). Francis is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Franciscan Brothers of Peace, St. Paul.
