He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman Mullenbach and Helen Mullenbach (Koenigs); and his sister Agnes O'Connell. He is survived by: his siblings, Pat DeMay of Bowling Green, KY, Sue Warmka of Grand Meadow, MN, Paul Mullenbach (Karla) of Rochester, MN, Joyce Bergan (Kim) of Grinnell, IA and Randy Mullenbach of Pipe Creek, TX; his son Hans William of Montana; and his grandchildren, Gloria Stewart, Larry Radford and David Radford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
