With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lola Lou Babcock of Adams, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 13, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Birdge Babcock and Julia Babcock (Rafferty); her grandsons, Benjamin Nelson and Cory Boik; her siblings, Evelyn Babcock, Elaine Busho (Bud), Irene Meyer (Bud), Eunice Stenbakken (Harlan), Mary Babcock, Beverly Houston (Bill), Pearl "Jean" Fenimore (Ken), Birdge "Bud" Babcock (Clarice "Cle"), George Babcock, Harold Babcock (Cassie) and David Babcock (Laura); and her brother-in-law Ed Koberstein.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Boik (Peggy) of Austin Minnesota, Linda Jahn (Bill) of Rose Creek and Brenda Lein; her grandchildren, Scott Boik (Carrie) of Urbandale, Christopher Boik (Taryn) of Lincoln, Kathryn Boik of Sunnyvale, Chad Perkins (Beth) of Milwaukee, Mathew Nelson (Inez) of Isanti, Jesse Bawek (Michelle) and Andrea Lein-Marrapodi (Danny) of Sacramento, California; and her great grandchildren, Camryn, Emily, Evangeline, Benjamin, William, Connor, Alex, Joslin, Zora and Otis.
