He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Mullenbach and Christina Mullenbach (Matheis); his former wife Ruth Ann; his son Mike; and his brothers, Jim (Bea), Dick (Cheryl) and Tom.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Mullenbach; his children, Dave (Sandy), Dan (Linda), Steve (Diane), Mark (Jody), Lisa Unverzagt (Rich), Deb Heimer (Tracy), Darrel (Cindy), Ron (Stephanie) and Glen (Liz); and his grandchildren, Beckie, Tim (Kelly), Matt, Katie, Eric, Erin, Ethan, Mitch, Heidi, Haley (Ben), Dustin, Shelby, Abby, Ryan, Sam, Sydney, Jack, Carter, Reagan and Grant. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
