He is survived by: his children, Greg Meier (Candy), Lorrie Meier and Penny Meier; his grandchildren, Nicole Meier, Lance Milner (Becky) and Paige Huther (Karl); and his great grandchildren, Alan Meier, Anna Bodine, Mackenzie Milner and Braxten Milner.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Southland Faith Community Food Shelf or Friends of the Shooting Star Trail in Gerald's honor.
