He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kramer and Agnes Kramer (Hartogh); and his siblings, Harry Kramer and Leone Ulwelling (Paul). He is survived by: his wife Elaine (Schwerin) of Adams, Minnesota; his children, David Kramer (Patricia) of Sterling, Colorado, James Kramer (Jane) of Oakton, Virginia, Mark Kramer (Janet) of Castle Rock, Colorado and Diana Cahoy (Philip) of Grand Island, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Deric Kramer (Adriann Sawyer), Danielle Kramer and Daria Vang (Chris); his children, Dr. Jordan Kramer (Naomi Plesset), Kyle Kramer (Marielle Rodgers), Taylor Kramer, Dr. Courtney Cahoy (Thomas Bainter), Steven Cahoy (Mikalah), Dr. Kevin Cahoy and Carson Cahoy; his great grandchild McLain Cahoy; his sister Lyda Mandler (Harold) of Red Wing; and his siblings-in-law, Elmer Schwerin (Pat) of Longville, Minnesota and Ruth Kramer of Rochester, Minnesota..
