With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Gilgenbach (Adams, Minnesota), born in Osage, Iowa, who passed away on September 18, 2019 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Ulwelling and Lillian Ulwelling (Landherr); her husband Kenneth; her brother Dennis; and her parents-in-law, Francis and Isabelle Gilgenbach.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Steinkamp (Alan) of Adams, Mark Gilgenbach (Kris) of Rochester, Ronald Gilgenbach (Polly) of Taopi, Theresa Christian (Mark) of Grand Meadow and Karen Ruechel (Shawn) of Adams; and her siblings, Bill Ulwelling (Sandy) of Hampton, Virginia and Sharon Gardner (Joe) of Dexter. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
