He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen "Dutch" Gilbertson and Margaret Gilbertson (Johnson); and his niece Jennifer. He is survived by: his wife Mara Gilbertson of Ada, MN; his sons, Ryan Gilbertson (Jess) of Ada, MN and Jason Gilbertson (Brianne) of Ada, MN; his siblings, David Gilbertson of Fertile, MN, Carol Demgen (Jim), East and James Gilbertson; and his grandchildren, Brady, Alex, Rhett, Marin and Ramsey Gilbertson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
