He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Jackson Person and Richard Thell; his daughter Destiny; his brothers, Paul Sr., Craig and Curtis; his niece Kelsey Borah; and his nephew Craig Jr..

He is survived by: his close friend Krystal of White Earth; his siblings, Floyd Person (LeAnn) of Mahnomen, Karen (Wade Borah) of Ogema, Kathy Person of St Paul, Julie Thell of St Paul, Amelia Bray (Michael) and Aurelia Brown (Kenneth); and his nieces and nephews, Autumn, Lindsay, Richard, Vanessa, Jeremy, Cassandra, Christina, Cody, Austin and Red. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
