He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole Gunderson and Clara Gunderson (Slette); his brother John; and his great-nephew Joel. He is survived by: his wife Borgie Sandvik; his children, Larry Gunderson (Elizabeth) of Vadnais Heights, MN and Kristen Isaacson (Greg) of Crookston, MN; his grandchildren, Clare Gunderson, Anna Gunderson and Karsten Isaacson; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Gunderson.
