He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Johnson and Bernice Johnson (Benton); his wife Shirley Crump; and his brother Clarence "Tuffy" Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Joe of Ada, Bruce (Catherine) of Juneau, AK, Susan Lovas (David) of Cassoday, KS and Ray "Bub" (Cindy) of Ada; and his sisters, Wilma "Punky" Ness of Halstad, MN and Eva Helland of Ada. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral: 3:00 PM, Friday, March 26, 2021 at Fredrikson-Ganje Funeral Home in Ada, MN, following all of the Minnesota and CDC COVID-19 social distancing guidelines. All must wear a mask to attend.
