He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Christine Aalderink and Chip Jacobs. He is survived by: his parents, Amy Gutierrez and Dewey Jacobs; his brothers, Brandon Jacobs, Dylan Jacobs and Logan Jacobs; his stepsiblings, Karissa Fusco, Josh Fusco, Adriana Trevino and Keighan Trevino; his grandparents, Scott, Chriss Aalderink, Linda and Dan Furbush; and his friend Caleb Cole. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
