He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Joshua, Stacy Barnes (Dillon Barnes), Ben Barnes, Chelsea, Andrew Funckes, Kaila Barnes and Tarrah Barnes; his girlfriend Cindy Amatangelo; his siblings, Doug Barnes, Tracy and Bruce Zylstra; and his sister-in-law Nancy (Paul Blauwkamp).
