She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Koopman and Mildred Koopman (Folkert); her spouse Del Overbeek; and her niece Julie Genzink. She is survived by: her son Dan; her daughter-in-law Alix Overbeek; her grandchildren, Tyler, Chelsea and Braden; and her siblings, Lloyd, Linda Koopman, Sandy, Brad Grysen, Amy and Terry Genzink.

Memorial contributions may be made to West Ottawa Athletics.
