He is survived by: his children, Stephan, Karlee, Brendan and Erin; his siblings, Steve Vriezema (Marylou), Sue Swanson, Sandy Baarda (Dick) and Scott Vriezema (Brian); his mother-in-law Carol Hordyk; his sisters-in-law, Jennifer Terpstra (Brett), Susie Poliski and Debbie Larson (Claire); and his spouse Kathy.
