She was predeceased by: her husband Jerold; her son James Howard; her son-in-law Ken DeJonge; her sister Barbara Meppelink; and her brother-in-law Harvey Meppelink.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Bosch, Jeff Bosch, Pam DeJonge, Steve Kuyers and Shelley Kuyers; her grandchildren, Jonathan Bosch, Katie, Andrew Betka, Matt, Mari DeJonge, Stephanie, Jason Lanenga, Allyssa, Steve TerHaar, Tyler, Colton, Nicholas and Brendan Kuyers; and her great grandchildren, Lainey, Graham, Desmond, Quinn, Lucas, Cameron, Andres, Samuel and Rosalie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
